Annie Hayes

After gaining three years’ experience in residential and commercial conveyancing while completing her law degree, Annie was admitted as a Lawyer in 2016 and began practicing property law in a medium sized firm in North Queensland.

After making the move to the Sunshine Coast in 2018, Annie joined the Munro Thompson team as our Junior Property Lawyer.

Working closely with our director Terry Bethke, Annie has become an integral part of our team assisting clients with all aspects of their property, commercial and business transactions.

Annie advises clients on purchases and sales of commercial properties, commercial and retail leasing, sales and purchases of small to medium businesses including management rights, body corporate disputes, residential development and land subdivisions.

Annie prides herself on providing pragmatic commercial solutions that are tailored to our clients specific needs.
