BUSINESS MERGER - Shand Taylor Lawyers

After nearly 35 wonderful years in business, Terry Bethke has decided the time is right for Munro Thompson to merge its business and expand.

We are pleased to share with you that as of Tuesday, 3 October 2023, Munro Thompson Lawyers will be merging with Shand Taylor Lawyers.

Shand Taylor has a remarkable reputation in the legal industry, and on joining with us, we will continue to provide outstanding legal services to our property development and commercial clients.

Following the merger, you will also be able to access the broader range of legal services offered by Shand Taylor Lawyers, particularly in the fields of dispute resolution, construction law, employment law and planning and environment.

I expect that in time, you will become acquainted with the friendly faces and voices of the Shand Taylor team who are looking forward to providing you with the same personal and efficient service you are accustomed to receiving from us.

The Munro Thompson Team will continue to look after you, as each of our current team members have accepted continuing roles with Shand Taylor Lawyers. Terry Bethke will stay on in a consultant role and Annie Kelly will continue as the Director in charge of the Sunshine Coast office. You will also see a few new faces as the Shand Taylor team will be in regular attendance at the Sunshine Coast office.

Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any queries or concerns about the merger. You can view some Frequently Asked Questions here.
